Description

The County of Los Angeles Internal Services Department is seeking qualified companies to enter into an Energy Efficiency Project Services Master Agreement (EEPMA) to provide energy efficiency project services on an as-needed basis. The RFSQ aims to ensure continuous provision of these services, which include audits, design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance across various energy efficiency categories. The current EEPMA expires on September 4, 2026, and this solicitation applies to both current and prospective vendors. The services cover a wide range of categories such as retrofits, renewable resources, cogeneration, commissioning, demand response, water conservation, photovoltaic systems, electric vehicle systems, and more.
