Description
The City of Norwalk is seeking qualified developers to develop affordable housing and/or Shelter and Supportive Housing. The Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) invites proposals for projects that include new construction of 100% affordable housing, projects serving homeless populations, and projects meeting affordability thresholds of 60 percent of AMI and lower.
