Description

The City of Rolling Hills Estates is seeking proposals from professional consulting firms to provide Municipal Stormwater Permit Consulting Services. The selected firm will assist with implementation of Regional MS4 Permit requirements, annual regulatory reporting, watershed management activities, Safe Clean Water Program compliance, and related stormwater program support. The scope includes program management, regulatory compliance, public outreach, staff training, watershed coordination, monitoring, reporting, grant assistance, and related activities organized into eight tasks.
