Description

This project involves milling and hot mix asphalt overlay, along with incidentals, on various streets in the Town of Normal, Illinois. The work includes removal and replacement of asphalt surface, bituminous materials application, joint sealant, polymerized HMA binder course, HMA surface course, sidewalk removal and replacement, concrete curb and gutter work, adjustment or replacement of water and sewer structures, and pavement markings.
