Description

This Invitation to Bid (ITB) aims to establish one or more contracts for comprehensive language translation, interpretation, and communication access services for Arlington County. Services include telephonic interpretation, face-to-face interpretation (on-site and remote video), document and website translation, audio/video transcription and translation, auxiliary aids and services for individuals with disabilities, and language proficiency assessment services. The contract(s) will ensure effective, timely, accurate, and culturally competent communication with individuals who have limited English proficiency and individuals with disabilities, supporting equal access to County programs, services, activities, and information.
