Description
The Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center (HBGCC) is soliciting proposals for Event Staffing and Management Services. The services include staffing for parking lot attendants, badge and bag checkers, handheld metal detecting operators, ticket scanners, ushers, elevator operators, wayfinding/greeters, and event safety control staff for events hosted at the HBGCC. Staffing needs will be based on venue requirements, tickets, security considerations, attendance, nature of the event, and customer considerations. A pre-submittal conference will be held via WebEx on July 8, 2026, and the proposal due date is July 31, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Central Time.
