Description
Iowa State University of Science and Technology (ISU) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide annual preventative maintenance and inspections on various boilers, circulation pumps, and a make-up air unit located in various buildings on the ISU Campus for the ISU Athletics Department. The contract term begins August 1, 2026, and extends through July 31, 2029, with two possible one-year renewals. The preventative maintenance/inspections are to be completed between October 1-15 of each year. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled, and all bid responses must be submitted through the ISUBid system.
