The University of Minnesota is requesting proposals for construction services to repair and renew the ICES Tunnel located on the Twin Cities campus. The tunnel is approximately 2,900 feet long and contains various infrastructure elements including steam pipelines, coal conveyor, electric power lines, and steel support structures.
