Description

Syracuse City is seeking qualified vendors to provide a modern Voice over IP (VoIP) and Unified Communications solution to replace the City's existing on-premises Mitel telephone system. The selected vendor will be responsible for system design, implementation services, SIP trunk services, phone hardware, configuration and migration, training, and ongoing support and maintenance. The solution must support existing operational workflows across multiple City facilities and provide scalability, reliability, redundancy, survivability, and modern communication features. Proposals are due by July 10, 2026, and must be submitted electronically to the Syracuse City IT Manager.
