Description
The City of Santa Ana is seeking proposals from qualified firms and organizations to provide pre-employment psychological evaluations, crisis counseling services, and peer support training for Police Department applicants and staff. The scope includes psychological evaluation and counseling services as detailed in Exhibit 1 of the solicitation. The contract term is initially one year with the possibility of two one-year extensions, not to exceed three years in total. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the City's bid management system by July 28, 2026.
