Description

This solicitation is for the procurement of Wabtec Sounder Precision Navigation Modules, which are upgraded Precision Navigation Modules compatible with the existing GPS module (NSM-04s) for I-ETMS use on the Sounder fleet. The contract is intended to be a 5-year agreement with an estimated value of $550,000. The procurement will be conducted as a noncompetitive negotiated contract under Sound Transit Resolution R2023-30, with an opportunity for other firms to submit statements of capabilities by July 13, 2026.
