The Minnesota Department of Administration, on behalf of the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE), is seeking proposals for literacy screening tools for students in kindergarten through third grade (K-3). The approved tools will be valid for the school years 2027-2028, 2028-2029, and 2029-2030, but not for 2026-27. The contract term is anticipated to run from October 2026 to September 2027, with options to extend up to three additional years.
