The Minnesota Department of Administration, on behalf of the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE), is seeking proposals for literacy screening tools for students in kindergarten through third grade (K-3). The approved tools will be valid for the school years 2027-2028, 2028-2029, and 2029-2030, but not for 2026-27. The contract term is anticipated to run from October 2026 to September 2027, with options to extend up to three additional years. Responses must be submitted electronically through the SWIFT Supplier Portal by July 27, 2026, and questions are due by July 10, 2026.
