Description
The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Florida Forest Service is seeking sealed bids for the sale of timber. This is a per unit clearcut sale of approximately 127 acres of mature sand pine plantation on the Spring Creek Unit of Big Bend Wildlife Management Area located in Taylor County, Florida. All merchantable sand pine within the sale boundary is to be cut and removed, with an estimated tonnage of 10,225 tons of pine pulpwood/mulch wood. The term of the agreement will be twelve months.
