Description

Fresno Unified School District is soliciting proposals for project-based learning services, deeper learning, adult professional learning, instructional coaching, and large-scale educational systems implementation. The vendor will partner with the district to design and implement a multiyear professional learning and capacity-building model supporting the Portrait of a Learner system rollout. The competencies include Adaptability, Collaboration, Communication, Critical Thinking, Digital Literacy, and Empathy. The contract term is for three years with up to two one-year renewals. Proposals must be submitted via Procureware by July 21, 2026, and a pre-proposal conference will be held virtually on July 10, 2026.
