Description
The Steel Rivers Council of Governments on behalf of the City of Duquesne seeks a qualified firm to conduct a Community Center Study throughout the City of Duquesne, PA. The study aims to identify areas of greatest community need through public outreach and engagement with local non-profit organizations, identify possible locations for the community center by studying city assets, and assist the City in creating a business plan for operation and maintenance of the community center. The project is funded by the Green & Healthy Homes Initiative through the EPA Thriving Communities Grant Program and managed by SRCOG.
