Smith electric water heater (model DSE-80-54, part number EWH-1) - Greenheck kitchen exhaust and supply fans (models CUE160VG, CUE140VG, IGXP109H12MFC) - Lennox packaged DX rooftop units (models M33D018S6, MMLD018S6S) - APP modified bituminous roofing system with 20-year manufacturer warranty (notable OEMs: Johns Manville, GAF, Firestone, Soprema, Siplast, Tremco, Garland) - Hydronic piping specialties from approved manufacturers (American Valve, Armstrong Pumps, Bell & Gossett, Watts, and others) - Crestron audio-visual controllers and speakers - Additional Products/Systems: - VAV boxes, fire protection system components, LED lighting fixtures, electrical panelboards and transformers, food service equipment, data network and security systems (including Category 6A cabling, card readers, CCTV, access control) - Notable Requirements: - Roofing system must be heat-welded APP modified bitumen with certified torch applicators and strict safety protocols - All hydronic piping specialties must comply with ASTM and ASME standards and be from approved manufacturers - Product substitutions require architect approval - Adherence to prevailing wage rates and Texas Ethics Commission Form 1295 - 14-month construction schedule with milestone completion dates for foundation, steel erection, building envelope, roof dry-in, and HVAC startup - 20-year manufacturer warranty for roofing and 2-year contractor warranty for workmanship - Opportunity is open to all qualified vendors; proposals must be submitted electronically
