El Dorado County RFQ for Facilities Assessment, Environmental/Radon Services, and Project Management

The County of El Dorado is seeking highly qualified firms to provide as-needed services in three main categories for all County departments: - Facilities Condition Assessment Services - Comprehensive assessments of County-owned buildings, covering structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety, site, and grounds - Deliverables include detailed reports with condition ratings, prioritized deficiencies, and budgetary cost estimates - Environmental Inspections and Radon Remediation Services - Environmental testing, radon mitigation system design, installation, and compliance documentation - Requires use of California State Certified laboratories and certified environmental professionals - Radon mitigation must comply with ANSI/AARST standards and relevant California contractor licenses (Class B, C-20, C-36, or D-64) - Project Management Services - As-needed project management for facility-related projects, including site investigation, utility coordination, strategic planning, risk management, cost reporting, and plan review - Preferred certifications include PMP, CAPM, PgMP, CCM, Lean/Six Sigma, PE, or RA - Services will be delivered at County-owned or operated facilities across all regions - Firms may submit for one or more categories; multiple providers may be selected for each qualified list - Deliverables must be compatible with County systems (MS Office 365, CAD, Revit, PDF) - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; the RFQ is open to all qualified firms - Compliance with prevailing wage rates and California regulations is required

Description

The County of El Dorado is soliciting sealed Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms to provide one or more of the following services: Facilities Condition Assessment Services, Environmental Inspections and Radon Remediation Services, and Project Management Services. These services will be provided at County-owned or operated facilities within the County boundaries, including both East and West Slopes. The RFQ aims to establish qualified lists for each service category, with multiple providers on each list, valid for up to three years. Firms can submit responses for one or more categories based on their qualifications.
