Description
The South Dakota Department of Public Safety (SDDPS) is seeking information from qualified vendors regarding modern driver licensing solutions to replace its aging legacy system. The RFI invites vendors to describe their solutions and capabilities, including existing and evolving products, as well as innovative approaches to system modernization. The State is interested in solutions that improve customer experience, automate processes, enhance data integration, and comply with federal standards. Responses will be reviewed by SDDPS and the South Dakota Bureau of Information and Technology, with potential live virtual demonstrations requested from selected vendors.
