Description

This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Office of Purchasing & Contracting of the State of Vermont seeking to establish contracts with one or more companies to provide hearing aids throughout the State of Vermont. The primary users will be clients connected to the State's Agency of Human Services, particularly HireAbility Vermont, with other State agencies also having access. Contractors will receive referrals along with audiograms and recommendations from licensed audiologists or hearing aid dispensers. The contract period is for 24 months with an option to renew for up to three additional twelve-month periods, anticipated to start on October 1, 2028.
