Teague Veterans Medical Center in Central Texas. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17, Central Texas Veterans Health Care System - OEMs and Vendors: - Ebara (manufacturer of the specified pumps) - ABB (manufacturer of the specified VFDs) - Products/Services Requested: - Supply and installation of three (3) Ebara Series 3U pumps (Model 3U40-160), 304 stainless steel, mechanical seal, end suction, 7.5 HP motors - Associated piping: 6-inch discharge header, 8-inch suction header, 3-inch branch piping - PF VB Series controls and VFDs, including ABB VFD upgrade - Removal of existing equipment, installation, testing, commissioning, documentation, and training - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Full system commissioning and training for VA staff - Warranty service period with 24-48 hour response for repairs and replacements - Set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) - Detailed project schedule required within 10 days of award - All work must be completed within 60 calendar days of award
