Description

This invitation is issued to Distributors interested in submitting a new contract for the procurement and delivery of frozen dairy products and freezers for Federally funded Child Nutrition programs in the Guilford County School District. The awarded contract will be for the first year with the potential for four one-year renewals, subject to agreement between the vendor and the school district. Proposals must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. EST on July 14, 2026, to the specified address and attention of Kim Best. Electronic bids are not permitted, and bids must be sealed and submitted according to the instructions provided.
