Description

The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is requesting bids for the construction of the Drowning Creek Water and Sewer Project. The project involves installing approximately 9,000 linear feet of ductile iron pipe water main and 12,500 linear feet of gravity sewer main along Drowning Creek Road, including restoration, traffic control, erosion control, open-cut road and stream crossings, abandonment of existing mains, and demolition of the Harbins Landing Pump Station. The project must be substantially complete within 520 days and final payment eligible 30 days after substantial completion. Bidders must be pre-qualified under the Annual Prequalification of Contractors for specific sewer and water main categories.
