The State of Delaware is seeking a vendor to provide a Software as a Service (SaaS) tool and consulting support to complete and submit the annual Medicaid Information Technology Architecture State Self-Assessment (MITA SS-A) as required by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The assessment measures maturity levels across various business and technical areas based on the MITA 3.0 framework. The vendor will configure and maintain the SaaS tool, provide consulting services, and ensure a sustainable approach for ongoing submissions. No systems or system modules will be purchased or developed; the vendor will supply all necessary equipment, materials, and labor to support the State's needs.
