Description
The Delaware Division of Developmental Disabilities Services (DDDS) is soliciting proposals for home and community-based services and supports for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. The services are alternatives to institutional care and include a wide range of support options such as assistive technology, behavior consultation, personal care, and supported employment. Vendors must accept DDDS established fee-for-service rates as per CMS-approved methodologies under the Medicaid 1915(c) waiver. Compliance with applicable state and federal laws and policies is required, and detailed service descriptions are provided in Appendix B.
