Rancho California Water District is soliciting proposals from qualified and properly licensed security firms to provide uniformed armed security guard and patrol services at District facilities and properties. The services include one armed security guard at the District Headquarters Monday through Friday, two armed security guards and one marked patrol vehicle for weekend and holiday patrols, and one armed security guard for overnight parking lot security seven days a week. The Contractor shall provide security services including access control, incident response, patrols, alarm response, emergency support, parking lot security, and other related services as directed by the District. The District intends to award a one-year agreement with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year terms.
