Winnebago County is seeking professional architectural/engineering consulting services to develop detailed design, bid documents, construction documents, and contract administration for shop modifications at the Highway Facility and for relocating the Facilities Department to the Highway Facility Campus. These projects are part of the Master Planning Study Report. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for July 14, 2026, at the Winnebago County Highway Department in Oshkosh, WI. The solicitation is a Request for Proposal and bids are to be submitted by July 30, 2026.
