Description
This procurement is for providing statewide mentoring services for a minimum of 285 children of incarcerated parents using the Amachi Mentoring Program. The Department of Corrections and the Department of Social Services have a Memorandum of Understanding requiring the Department of Corrections to provide this program developed by Big Brothers Big Sisters. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri is the only known vendor providing this program in Missouri, making it a single feasible source procurement. The contract period is from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with three 1-year renewal options.
