Description
The City of Ardmore is soliciting separate sealed bids for the acquisition and purchase of a variety of materials, special equipment, devices, or subsystems used for maintenance, repair, renovation, rehabilitation, or upgrade of engineering, street, storm sewer, utilities, and building systems. This solicitation is specifically for materials and supplies, not construction services. Bids will be received until 2:00 P.M. CST on July 23, 2026, and will be publicly opened and read aloud. The City reserves the right to waive informalities, reject bids, adjust quantities, and accept the most advantageous bid based on value received. Bids must be priced per unit or quantity specified, FOB Ardmore, and must be honored for six months with an option to renew for an additional six months.
