Description

The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone for navigable waters in San Pedro Bay on July 4, 2026. This safety zone is intended to protect personnel, vessels, and the marine environment from potential hazards associated with an overwater fireworks display. Entry of vessels or persons into this zone is prohibited unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port, Los Angeles--Long Beach, or their designated representative. The safety zone will be enforced from 9 p.m. until 10 p.m. on July 4, 2026.
