Description
In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill has completed an inventory of human remains. The inventory determined a cultural affiliation between the human remains and Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations. The human remains represent at least one individual of Native American ancestry, collected from a site in Arkansas and accessioned in 1996. Repatriation of the human remains may occur on or after August 3, 2026.
