Description

The Department of Labor (DOL) is submitting an Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA)-sponsored information collection request (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA). This request involves information collection related to the Derricks Standard, including requirements for marking rated loads on derricks, preparing certification records for inspection of derrick ropes, and posting warning signs during adjustments and repairs.
