The Joslyn Art Museum (JAM) intends to repatriate a cultural item that is an object of cultural patrimony with affiliation to the Pueblo of Santa Ana, New Mexico. The item is a black cooking pot acquired before 1947 and donated to JAM in 1964. Repatriation may occur on or after August 3, 2026. Requests for repatriation can be submitted by lineal descendants or culturally affiliated Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations.
