Description
The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone for certain navigable waters of Sandusky Bay within a 200-yard radius of a barge near 870 Crosstree Lane in Sandusky, OH. This safety zone is to protect personnel, vessels, and the marine environment from hazards during a fireworks event. Entry into the zone is prohibited during enforcement periods unless authorized by the Captain of the Port Detroit. The safety zone is effective on July 3, 2026, from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m.
