The Office of Personnel Management's Retirement Services is seeking public comments on the review of an expiring information collection request titled Annuity Supplement Earnings Report, RI 92-22. This collection is used to annually obtain the earned income of Federal Employees Retirement System (FERS) annuitants who receive an annuity supplement. The supplement is paid to eligible FERS annuitants who are not retired on disability and are under age 62, approximating the portion of Social Security benefits earned while under FERS. Comments on the information collection are accepted until August 3, 2026.
