Description
The International Trade Commission has scheduled expedited five-year reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty orders on polyvinyl alcohol from China and Japan would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. The reviews were initiated following a determination that the domestic interested party group response was adequate and the respondent interested party group response was inadequate.
