The hotel shall provide up to 55 sleeping rooms per night at or below the government per diem rate, with the option to release unreserved rooms on August 10, 2026. Guest rooms must be clean, well furnished, include standard amenities, free high‑speed internet, and offer accessible rooms as needed.
