The City of Fayetteville, Georgia, is seeking competitive proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct a Comprehensive Annexation Feasibility and Implementation Study. The selected firm will evaluate potential annexation areas and provide GIS-based suitability analysis, fiscal impact modeling, infrastructure capacity assessment, and an annexation strategy and implementation plan. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive formalities.
