Description

This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) issued by BC Transit invites prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide Information Access and Privacy Support Services. BC Transit is a Crown Corporation responsible for transit services in over 130 communities in British Columbia and is subject to the BC Government Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIPPA). The services include managing FOI requests, Privacy Impact Assessments, requirements development, submission evaluation, and breach and incident response. Respondents may apply for Privacy support services, FOI support services, or both, with the objective to pre-qualify suppliers for a list of qualified suppliers who will be invited to enter into a Master Agreement. This RFSQ does not commit BC Transit to an exclusive contract and new suppliers can apply at any time.
