The Regional District of North Okanagan (RDNO) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Pre-Construction and Construction Services for the new Mission Hill Water Treatment Plant. The project is structured in two phases: Phase 1 involves Pre-Construction Services, and Phase 2 involves Construction Services, which is conditional upon successful completion of Phase 1. The successful Construction Manager will work collaboratively with RDNO and a separately contracted design consultant.
