The New York Army National Guard (NYARNG) is seeking contractor support for in-person Periodic Health Assessments (PHAs) and Mental Health Assessments (MHAs) for its Medical Command. - Government Buyer: - New York Army National Guard (NYARNG) - JFHQ-Surgeon/Medical Readiness Detachment - W7NR USPFO ACTIVITY NY ARNG, Latham, NY - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; contractor must supply all personnel and equipment - Services Requested: - Annual PHAs and MHAs for NYARNG Soldiers - Over 300 Soldiers per event, processed in-person at specified locations - Licensed healthcare providers (MD, DO, NP, PA) required - Event coordination, check-in, medical/mental health assessments, documentation in MEDPROS, tracking, referrals, and post-event reporting - Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, and training - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Strict compliance with military, HIPAA, and security standards - Quality control and reporting standards - Recommended provider-to-Soldier ratio of 1:40 - Training and credentialing of healthcare providers - 3-year IDIQ contract with task orders issued as needed - Payment is per-capita, not event-based - Small Business sources sought; may be unrestricted if competition is insufficient

This is a sources sought notice, this is not a request for quote. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this requirement including interested Small Business Sources. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond.

The New York Army National Guard (NYARNG) intends to issue a solicitation for the procurement of Periodic Health Assessments; contract is to serve as a force multiplier for the New York Army National Guard MEDCOM.

New York Army National Guard MEDCOM has a requirement for Periodic Health Assessments. A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached.

All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intention to submit a quote AND the Sources Sought Information Request form (blank copy attached to announcement) no later than 07 JULY 2026 0800. In the event adequate Small Business contractors are not available for the adequate competition of this requirement, it may be advertised as unrestricted. No facsimile responses will be honored.
