Description

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contracts for maintenance and repairs of lab instruments used in multiple areas of the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) lab. These instruments are involved in lead screening, biothreat testing, chemical threat testing, inorganic and radiochemistry testing. The contract is a sole source procurement and will be available for use by both HHSC and DSHS. The anticipated contract start date is September 1, 2026, with responses due by July 24, 2026.
