Description

This is a Request for Proposal under W81K0426RA016 for BMET Services.This contract will be awarded as a single award IDIQ.Questions, Clarifications, or Discrepancies. Address all questions, clarifications, or concerns regarding this full proposal submission in writing to Ms. Catherine-Tehila Johnson, Contract Specialist via e-mail at catherine-tehila.o.johnson.civ@army.mil and Mr. David Libby, Procuring Contracting Officer, via e-mail at david.j.libby.civ@army.mil referencing solicitation number W81K0426RA016 BMET at the beginning of the subject line. Questions may be submitted up to 7 calendar days after solicitation release date located in block 6 of the SF 1449 in the format at Attachment 09, “Question and Answer Template” The questions close date is 8 July 2026 at 12 PM San Antonio Local Time. In the event of solicitation discrepancies (e.g., errors, omissions, or is otherwise unclear or unsound), offerors shall immediately notify the Contracting Officer (KO) in writing with supporting rationale. Be advised that all correspondence sent via e-mail shall contain a subject line that reads “W81K0426RA016 BMET”.
