The United States, Embassy of Seoul Facility Management group requires Architectural & Engineering design service to restore the traditional Korean roof of the Legation House, which is located in Jung-Gu, Seoul, Korea. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the Contracting Officer.  The Government plans to issue the solicitation in July 2026. The solicitation will be posted on SAM.gov-no paper copies will be made available.
