Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 127EAT26Q0072 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for services to survey and treat target non-native plants in areas affected by the 2017 Cayon 2 Fire. Survey and treatment areas will include: roadsides and various areas within the planned fuel break along North Main Divide and adjacent roads in the Trabuco Ranger District of the Cleveland National Forest.

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 115310, Support Activities for Forestry-Fuels Management Services The small business size standard is $34M. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov prior to submission of quotations to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make a contractor ineligible for award. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
