The U.S. Air Force's 9th Reconnaissance Wing at Beale Air Force Base is seeking vehicle rental services to support the 2027 Beale Air & Space Expo Air Show. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 9th Reconnaissance Wing, Beale Air Force Base - Products/Services Requested: - Rental of 51 standard 4-passenger gas cars - Rental of 17 minivans or full-size SUVs (gas) - Option for up to 10 additional standard 4-passenger gas cars - Refueling service for all vehicles - Delivery and pickup of all vehicles to/from Beale AFB - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All vehicles must be fully serviced, insured, clean, and meet federal and California safety standards - Vehicles must be delivered by the day before the event and picked up the day after - Contractor must provide a 4-hour replacement guarantee for any vehicle breakdowns - Contract includes options for additional vehicles, exercisable up to a specified deadline - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; the opportunity is open to all qualified vehicle rental providers
