The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF), under the U.S. Navy, is seeking sources for on-site calibration and preventive maintenance of PAMAS SBSS Automated Particle Counters. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Navy, Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF), Laboratory Division, Quality Assurance Department - OEM Highlight: - PAMAS is the specified Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the SBSS Sensors and Counter Consoles - Contractor must be an authorized PAMAS service provider - Products/Equipment: - Two PAMAS SBSS-C Counter Consoles with HCB-LD-50/50 Sensors (serial numbers provided) - Services Requested: - On-site calibration and preventive maintenance for two PAMAS SBSS Sensors and Counter Consoles - Includes cleaning, adjustments, modifications, calibration, replacement of OEM-recommended parts, and functional/operational tests - Repairs as needed and certification to ISO-11171 and ISO-4402 standards - Detailed reporting on services performed, upgrades, and equipment condition - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All work must comply with current PAMAS OEM guidelines - Contractor must comply with security and safety protocols at the shipyard - Certification of equipment to specific ISO standards is required - The contract includes a 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods (up to 60 months total)

This Sources Sought Notice is issued for market research purposes in accordance with RFO 10.001. This notice is not a solicitation and does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract..

Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is seeking sources capable of performing on-site calibration and preventative maintenance on two (2) PAMAS SBSS Sensors and Counter Consoles in accordance with current Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) guidelines. The scope of the preventive maintenance includes cleaning, adjustments, modifications, calibration, replacement of OEM recommended parts, and functional/operational tests. 

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811210 - Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance; the size standard for this NAICS in millions of dollars is $34. Product Service Code is J066 - Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment - Instruments and Lab Equipment.
