This opportunity seeks maintenance and sustainment services for the SiRcom Giant Voice system at Offutt Air Force Base. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 55th Communications Squadron, Offutt AFB - OEM Highlight: - SiRcom is the sole Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) referenced for the Giant Voice system and SMART Alert Software - Services Requested: - Comprehensive maintenance and repair for seven solar-powered Giant Voice poles and two control terminals - Corrective maintenance with both remote and on-site support, including technician dispatch within two weeks if remote support is insufficient - Semi-annual preventive maintenance inspections (PMIs) conducted on-site, separate from corrective calls unless a full PMI is performed during such a visit - Software maintenance, including all updates, licensing, installation, configuration, and testing for SiRcom SMART Alert Software - All work must be performed by factory-certified personnel - Quality control reporting is required - Notable Requirements: - No new products are being procured; this is strictly for services - Factory certification for personnel is mandatory - The contract includes a base year plus two option years for continued support

Sources Sought Synopsis: Note that this is NOT a request for quotes or proposals; the 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt Air Force Base, NE, is seeking information for market research purposes only for the following items listed below:

SiRcom Giant Voice system maintenance. The Offutt AFB Giant Voice system consists of seven (7) solar-powered giant voice poles, two (2) control terminals, and all associated accessory items. This system requires comprehensive maintenance and repair to ensure operational readiness. Please note that the giant voice system is already installed and operational and this RFI is for maintenance and repair services of the existing system only. For further information, please refer to the attached PWS.

The NAICS for this product will be 811210 and PSC J063 . If you believe this is incorrect, please feel free to let me know what NAICS/PSC better fits the criteria.

IF A SOLICITATION IS ISSUED IT WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT A LATER DATE, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement.
