Description

Cardston County is seeking proposals from qualified, independent public accounting firms to provide external audit services for the fiscal years ending December 31, 2026 through 2030. The successful firm will audit the County's consolidated financial statements and provide related services in accordance with Canadian Auditing Standards, Public Sector Accounting Standards, the Municipal Government Act (Alberta), and Local Authorities Pension Plan requirements. The contract term is five years with a possible extension by mutual agreement. The engagement may be terminated by either party with thirty days' written notice during a specified period each year.
