The 55th Contracting Squadron at Offutt Air Force Base is seeking rental services for tables and chairs to support the 2026 Defenders of Freedom Air and Space Show. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Air Force, Headquarters 55th Wing (ACC), 55th Contracting Squadron (FA4600 55 CONS PKP) - Products/Services Requested: - Rental of 32 eight-foot rectangular tables - Rental of 36 six-foot rectangular tables - Rental of 18 five-foot round tables - Rental of 8 standing cocktail tables - Rental of 691 folding chairs - Miscellaneous rental fees (1 unit) - Quantities are specified for each item; no part numbers or brands are required - Items will be used in various event areas, including DV tent, STEM tent, Hospitality Hangar, Air Boss tent, PA tent, and Check-In tents - Delivery and removal must strictly adhere to event timelines: - Delivery by the afternoon before the event - Removal after the event concludes, no later than the following morning - No specific OEMs or brands are mentioned; requirement is for rental only, not purchase - Procurement is set aside for SBA-eligible vendors

Description

Requirement Description: The 55th Contracting Squadron has an ongoing requirement to rent tables and chairs in support of the 2026 Offutt Air Force Base “Defenders of Freedom” Air and Space Show. The event will be held at Offutt AFB, Nebraska on August 8th and August 9th, 2026. The government requires the following quantities and types of tables and chairs:

8-foot Rectangular Table (Qty 32) 6-foot Rectangular Table (Qty 36) 5-foot Round Table (Qty 18) Standing Cocktail Table (Qty 8) Folding Chair (Qty 691)

Tables and chairs shall be delivered to Offutt AFB no later than 3:00 PM CDT on Thursday, 6 August 2026. Tables and chairs shall be picked up no earlier than 5:00 PM CDT on Sunday, 9 August 2026. All tables and chairs shall be removed from the site no later than 6:00 AM CDT on Monday, 10 August 2026.

Submission of Quotes: Quotes and technical documents are due to the contracting office no later than 11:00 AM CDT on 13 July 2026. To ensure the contracting office receives, please submit your offers via email using the Notice ID in the subject line. Offerors are responsible for requesting receipt of reception.
