The U.S. Air Force at Minot Air Force Base is seeking a complete solution for wastewater filtration in its Nondestructive Testing (NDT) operations. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, Minot Air Force Base, 5th Contracting Squadron (5 CONS) - OEM Highlight: - EXTRAN (specified as brand name or equal for the NDT Wastewater Filtration System) - Products Requested: - One (1) EXTRAN Nondestructive Testing (NDT) Wastewater Filtration System - Includes feed pump, bag filter, tank, process pump, membrane module, and polishing unit - All components and materials must be new - Services Requested: - Installation of the filtration system in Building 857, Room 163 - System testing and physical inspection with government coordination - Training for approximately ten NDT personnel on system operation and maintenance - Site cleanup and off-base disposal of waste and debris - Notable Requirements: - System must be covered by a one-year warranty registered in the Government's name - All work (installation, testing, training, cleanup) must be completed within 90 calendar days from contract award - Work to be performed Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Central Time, excluding federal holidays - Brand name or equal requirement for the EXTRAN system, allowing for equivalent alternatives

Description

This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Brand Name or Equal commercial products and services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Overhaul (RFO) 12.201-1 procedures. Quotes are being requested. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Size Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is 333310 - Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing. The Small Business Size Standard associated with this NAICS is 1,000 employees. 

The 5th MXS is requesting a EXTRAN Wastewater Filtration System (EXTRAN NDT) purchase, installation, and training for the personal on the usage of this product. Please see the attached PWS for more information.
